Life update

Might as well let everyone know what’s been happening in the World of Jeff recently.

I finished up my junior year at BU pretty strong, completing a Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip spec script just in time for the show to be officially canceled. Oh well.

We wrapped on Season 5 of BU Tonight, all of which can be seen here. Guests included the hilarious comedians Greg Fitzsimmons and Greg Behrendt, punk rock superstar Sweeney, Boston indie media darlings 123 Party!, and with his second appearance on the show, the always entertaining Boston Globe film critic Ty Burr. You can also check out the Best of BU Tonight, an hour-long compilation of some of our greatest stuff from the past five years. We also got a killer writeup in the Boston Globe, which my pretty mug happened to adorn.

I’m staying in Boston this summer. I’m working at BU’s Office of New Media as an Assistant Web Developer three days a week, and it’s been great so far, a very fun environment. The other two days of the work week I’m interning at Soup2Nuts, the animation production company behind one of my favorite shows of all time, Home Movies.

I hope to get a couple website projects together this summer, as well as a spec script or two.
