This is my “I bet I know more computer languages than you, and I’m not afraid to talk about it” badge, from the Order of the Science Scouts of Exemplary Repute and Above Average Physique. I wonder if they have a Boston chapter.
Of course, I wouldn’t be able to actually wear this around real CS type kids, but I need every little bit of validation in my everyday life that I can get. Plus, I was never in Boy Scouts, so how the hell else am I supposed to get a merit badge?
The site’s been up and down as Richard’s hosting fluctuates - if jeffgreco.com is replaced by a register.com page, don’t worry. I’m looking into other hosting solutions. I know you’ll miss me dreadfully.
Also working on a redesign, because, let’s face it, this is a tad too stark. Look for a touchy feely jeffgreco.com hopefully by the New Year.
Look what I wake up to:

Now, I’m used to Amazon recommending me things based off of prior purchases and the like, they’re usually easy enough to ignore. But trying to sell me things I’ve put on my own wish list? That’s just cruel. They know for a fact that they’re things I actually want, but I put them on the wish list so other people will buy them for me!
I consider this a violation of the Internet Commerce Geneva Convention.
